Kate Walker joined the FHO Girls squad in 2023, graduating up to the British Championship to compete in the all-new BMW F 900 R Cup, having raced in the Thundersport GB.

Supported by her grandfather, Kate started racing minimotos at six-years-old, and quickly moved up to pit bikes to compete at Thundersport GB in the Aprilia 125cc SuperTwin class.

In 2020/2021 Kate finished third overall in the BMCRC ACU Kawasaki Ninja National (Senior) Class, having regularly been a podium finisher throughout the year. In 2022 Kate raced in the National Golden Era Supersport/ Steel Sport Class and was the only rider in the class that year to finish all 30 races on the podium. Kate took four class wins, 17 second place finishes and nine third place finishes.

Racing in the F 900 R Cup, Kate impressed with her determination throughout the year and consistently improved throughout the year. At Brands Hatch in July, Kate was awarded the ‘Rider of the Round’ award, and enjoyed good on-track battles with her F 900 R rivals.
